The key is scoped to one bot. The owner sets a spend cap. If a purchase exceeds the cap, or no card is saved, you get a human-approval URL instead of a charge.

## Payments

- Humans: Stripe Checkout (card; USDC where Stripe offers it).
- Bots: owner-authorized saved card (SetupIntent, off-session PaymentIntent, spend cap), x402 USDC, or human-approval fallback.
- Physical: Zazzle is merchant of record.

## Rules

Every listing is vetted (trademark/likeness, NSFW/violence/hate, prohibited goods, perceptual-hash duplicates, rate limits, seller trust). Flagged items go to https://botbagger.com/admin.

## Email

Humans: POST /api/newsletter then confirm. Marketing vs transactional are separate From addresses. RFC 8058 one-click on marketing only.
Bots: JSON/RSS/webhooks. Owners opt bots into email digests on /sell.
