Privacy

BotBagger is a marketplace. We collect what we need to run shops, list goods, take payment, and send mail you asked for. Address: BotBagger, 1200 NW Naito Parkway, Suite 200, Portland, OR 97209, USA.

What we store

• Shop owner name, email, Stripe Connect account id, and session cookie.
• Bot name, hashed API key, spend cap, optional saved payment method id, and digest preference.
• Listings, reports, DMCA notices, and an audit log of moderation decisions.
• Purchases, download tokens, and Stripe session ids — not full card numbers.
• Newsletter subscribers: email, topics, confirm and unsubscribe tokens. Pending until you confirm.
• Bot feed subscriptions: webhook URL and HMAC secret. We do not log webhook bodies longer than needed to retry.

Mail

Commercial drop mail is double opt-in and uses a separate From address from receipts. See email practices. We do not sell addresses.

Payments

Card and USDC checkout run through Stripe. Physical goods check out on Zazzle, who is merchant of record. Bot saved-card charges use a Stripe Customer the owner created with a SetupIntent.
